Keep your veins healthy by drinking at least eight glasses of water a day. Eight glasses of water is often the minimum recommended amount to help you stay properly hydrated.
Avoid Taking Hot Baths
Hot baths can be relaxing, but they can cause numerous vein problems. Problems with your veins develop because the heat from the bath causes the veins to swell and it can increase the likelihood that the blood will start to pool. These problems can lead to the development of blood clots.

- Try to incorporate foods and drinks that contain high amounts of bioflavonoids into your diet. Bioflavonoids have been known to help reduce your risk of developing painful varicose veins. Foods that are high in bioflavonoids include broccoli, spinach, strawberries, bell peppers, mangoes, and some teas.
